Is there any one out there or is there a forum of doctors that I can ask about my daughter (28 years old) and her impaired immune system and inability to fight off Lyme disease despite prolonged treatment with antibiotics (off and on for 10 years, straight, pulsed, combined) and the fact that she suffers from the severe form of Hereditary spherocytosis. Had her spleen removed aged 5 - but I think the problem is in the red blood cell wall where i KNOW alot of immune complement is supposed to be.
No one has ever tried to help me with this, but I would just like to know. Thank you, Linda
