I think everything that is going on is emotionally exhausting me. I was so exhausted yesturday. My eyes were tearing and burning. I am not working right now only 4 hrs on mondays. I couldn't imagine working F/T and dealing with all this I think I would be in the hospital or something.

Between austin being ill and all his changes with pains and reactions etc. His twin brother just started football. So He has practice three times a week. There are times I have to leave practice and rely on someone to bring him home because austin starts to have pains or something while we are there.

Then on top of all this my father was admitted to the hospital for high sugar of 600. He was released yesturday but due to his sugar being so high it is affecting his vision. So he needs help to get places. So yesturday I was the only available to help out. He needed to gets his diabetic meds. But first I had to go to the school to take care of the home schooling for austin.

Then I had to rush back get the kids from my moms then get Aaron dressed for his football pics. Got there on time and waited for 90 mins before he actually got his pics taken. Austin was having trouble with his ankle and the heat so we found shade. Then when Aaron was done with pics we walk to the car to find two cars paralell parked behind me so i couldnt leave!!

My mom was working, my fiance didn't answer his cell. finally my fiance called me back and on his way to get me his muffler fell off, LOL we went home ate dinner and my neighbor drove me back to get my car. No wonder I was so exhausted yesturday the stress levels were high. I guess when it rains it pours in my world!

Austin woke me up crying this morning due to repetative nightmares he had. does that come along with lyme too? I hope our day goes better today. Thanks for listening again.

Sheesh! That's ROUGH! I hope things settle down soon! Sounds like a nightmare of a day!

I would think Austin's nightmares could be from the trauma of going through this.....or from the meds themselves. Lyme affects the brain, so he could be herxing with brain symptoms. The good news is that the abx is getting to his brain!

Hang in there!!

Do not take anything I say as medical advice. I am not a doctor, but I DID stay at a Holiday Inn Express!

I hope you can breathe today. What an incredible day you had! But you were there for everyone!

Nightmares and such can be triggered by Lyme disease as well as the trauma of having pain and dealing with the rest of his life being so interrupted.

I hope you have time to give him a big hug and give yourself one, too. You are incredible!

Hope today goes easier for you.

You're going to have to take some ME time whenever and wherever you can...or you'll run yourself sicker...

Yes, I still experience violent, vivid dreams but not as bad lately as they have been in the past pre abx therapy...so it will get better..

Can your fiance help with the duties at all..? He's going to have to whenever you get hitched anyway....

Stop trying to be supermom...it'll make you sicker....than you won't be able to do anything for anyone......

good luck and God Bless........zman

Well now i have no choice to take me time.I woke up this morning and I feel terrible. I am starting to get a cold or chest cold. My throat hurts and I am coughing. Starting to feel achy. This has happenend to me before when I was stressed.

Austin is feeling good. Dr J said to start the iv back too 2x a day so I did yesturday. So far so good. Well I need to give him his last iv of the day and then I am laying on couch and resting cause I feel so crappy!

I know it's easy to say and hard to do (BELIEVE me, I know....), but try to relax. I've used sleepytime extra (with valerian) at night to mellow out.
I used to take kava kava, but I heard it's hard on the liver.
And I know it's not easy, but try your best to get enough SLEEP. It makes a big difference on your body's ability to deal with stress.
Hope tomorrow is a better day

I think this cold came on from me cleaning yesturday now that i think about it. I cleaned the fan of all the dust. I probably inhaled a bunch of junk whie doing that.

I felt horrible when I woke up, i took tylenol 8hr i am starting to feel a lil better. I am going to just rest today. I do have to work today but I can work anytime that is good for me.

That helps so I will rest and later when my fiance comes home I will go work. By then I should be feeling better. I am drinking tea with honey and lemon for my throat which is helping.

I am glad that austin is not having troubles right now especially cause I feel crappy.
