I was wondering who here has tried these products and if they work?
Do they produce a die off effect? or do you just feel better?
Thank for any input!

Hi Christine,
I haven't taken either product, but over the years I have heard many mixed results from people taking the Threelac. Many people say that it works at first but then stops working. Others say that it's a waste of money. Some people say it helps.
Hi Christine, I took threelac for a while and I think it's quite good- I have a few cans that I'm keeping for when I need them again! It's best to take it with the Oxygenel drops.

ThreeLac-It initially helped me...in fact I drunk off of it.
Candex-Nice, no die off
However, I found a good substitute for Candex it is called "Yeast Away" you can buy it at this store...

It is a local health food store

Three Lac worked for me but was not enough alone to get rid of the yeast. You still must be on the strict diet. It will continue to work but you have to up dosage and is expensive. I do still use it with my kids if they have had a day of poor nutrition or a piece of birthday cake. It does produce a die off which is uncomfortable for some people. It gave my mother horrible diarea another friend constipation. I just experienced lovely regularity and could actually smell the yeast die off very strong in my two year olds diaper and she was using nothing else. Coconut Oil is great too and I use it now as an anti fungal because it is a food product too so dual purpose works better for me financially and it is less expensive. Just make sure it is good quality.

Thank you to everyone who replied and thank you for the links of info!
I'm still not sure if three lac is worth pursuing.....
Is the yeast away product the same as Threelac or candex?
Thank again
