Going to use our PCP to initially treat our children.

Need info on reccommended doses for children.

Any links to provide my doc with doctor lingo reports would be great.

I know this has been posted before but I can't find it and I am desperate.

I feel like he will defintely listen and try to help but may balk at the abx levels neccessary without back up onformation.

Please help

we pulse our kids. The one in school only gets one does of zith z month. The little one gets three. They both have Herx and so are having die-offs, but am open minded about giving more. Doc says if you give to much abx the ketes will go hide in the bone.

I know this is hard--we are all doing our best. If you want to send me your docs phone number I will have my doc call. Oh, and we are in the south so my doc thinks we have borrellia lonestarii. If you are up north you may need something more agressive.

What is the dose you give them, and did you mean just two days a month they take abx?

I forgot to post that I live in the midwest and I believe the children have congenital lyme.

Hi N!

My son is under treatment by an LLMD (he is also my LLMD), he is 8 years old and has either congenital Lyme or most likely Lyme by my breastmilk. He has been under tx for 5 months and he is taking 300 mg of zithro/day (suspension-every day, not pulsing comes out to be one and a half teaspoon daily) Nothing else so far, he tested negative for bart, babs and mycoplasma but positive for Lyme. He is having a hard time with herxing but not in a daily bases and we had noticed some improvement.
