Does anyone have experience with Amerihealth denying either oral or IV abx? If so, I would love to hear what the limit consisted of (duration, dosage, etc.) I am thinking of pursuing IV and wanted to be armed with info before moving forward. I spent 3 hours on the phone with the insurance provider and could not get any direct answers (surprise)
