I've tried the home Candida test with a glass of water and then spitting saliva into it first thing in the AM. i do get a few legs that hang down, but nothing considerate.

Anyone know how to tell for sure? Also, can I take oil of aregano along with ABX?

For sure? I'd say by SYMPTOMS. I never held much stock in the spit test. Seems that would only dx yeast in the mouth...??

Yes, you can take oil of oregano with abx. Hope you can tolerate that stuff! I hear it's pretty strong! [Eek!]

I've recently started taking Oreganol gelcaps. I had also ordered the drops but they are a little to strong for me.
