Boy, I used to get this one alot!

Lots of things would set it off too. Stress, eating, drinking alcohol and hot showers or baths.

Since being on orals for over a year that's improved.

Hope your's will improve too.

This still happens to me, but I'm realizing it occurs a lot less frequently than it did before I started taking abx.

Hopefully, you'll start to see some improvement.

Yes, I have had it on and off for several years. With antibiotics after several months it seemed to be less, but then it suddenly came back but in a different way where my face feels 'slapped' (mix of stinging and numb sensation) and mostly only left side is a blotchy red.

Yes, I have flushing a lot. It seems to happen more often when I'm stressed or worried (I either get flushed or full-body chills) and happens a lot when I'm in a slightly hot environment (not really hot, just a little warmer than I'm comfortable with). Happens more often inside than outside and seems to happen in dry heat. It's weird and I don't know all the things that set it off but I definitely do get it.

Wow Annie, you've described me also. I'm not even observant enough to have been able to make that observation about myself, but reading yours I realize it fits me also.

I used to get facial flushing before I started treatment and during the beginning of treatment. It used to feel like my head and face was on fire. Maybe it took a couple of months of treatment for it to go away. I don't get that feeling anymore.
