I had Lyme long time too,never had throat issues, but may have been re-infected with Bartonella. I had throat symptoms with that. Felt like I was choking sometimes. Some was neurological, and some was I think Bart actually was in my throat box. When I started Bart treatment, that symptom dissapated. It could be Lyme related too. There are many posts with people who have sensitivities when swallowing etc., sore throat too can be symptom of Lyme as well.
