There are apparently two different types of Tramadol -- with and without tylenol.
The tramadol with tylenol helped relieve pressure and pain.
One month, though, the pharmacist got things confused, and I received the tramadol without tylenol.
I got violently ill and felt like I had been on the biggest drinking spree of my life.

Diamox is next on the list.
Hey Foggy. I take 150mg nightly of Topomax. It makes my head hurt a little less intensely. It's kind of prophylactic - won't stop a headache, but s'posed to prevent them.
I liked Imitrex but found Relpax to be better. Takes longer to kick in, but then it works for a longer period. These are what I call my "rescue" meds for when head is REALLY bad.
A trial of Diamox did nothing for me, unfortunately.

The abx that helped me with those sx was the treatment for babs.
I did mepron + zithro + artemesia (6 months), then I did mepron + ketek + artemesia (4 months); after this I got switched to malarone and on less than a month I got the hedache/ear presure and soreness everywhere back.
I re-started mepron+zithro and by the second week the hedaches started to come down; I am still on this combo right now.
