I just tested positive for all three. Have already been treating lyme with rife and salt/c but now llmd wants me to add rifampan and doryx.
Any personal info on these 2 meds and co-infections would be appreciated? I am also going through the archives but would appreciate some quicker info.

I am treating Lyme and Mycos/Fermentans, possilby others, but not sure, symptoms fit. I have never used Rifampin, nor have I used Droyx, but the reason I am replying is that Doryx, seems to ring a bell in that it is a from of doxycycline???? I could be way off base, but if it is, I have used Doxy, and herxed like heck, ended up in the ER not knowinng what was going on.
So if it is a form of Doxy, be careful and aware. You may need to preceed very slowly. I haven't tried it since, been to scared.

Yes, those 3 plus Babesia and Bartonella.
Rifampin is usually used for Bartonella. Don't know why that was rx'd for Ehrlichia, mycoplasma or borrelia.
Doxy should help with all 3 though. The reason Doxy is rx'd for Borrelia as the first choice is because it works for Ehrlichia too. Mycoplasma seems to be the hardest of the 3 to get rid of. Many LLMD's don't even consider it to be important to treat. At least the 3 that I've seen don't.

Yes, Secondtime, I have made a lot of progress. I had been at about 95%, but have back slid quite a bit this last summer. Summer allergies always bring me down some and then this fall has been very stressful and so I have not been able to gain that 95% again. I'd say that I am at about 80% right now.
I was EXTREMELY sick. I even looked the part. Something like an anorexic with cancer after chemo. I look really normal now, and with a healthy weight.
Odd thing is, ABX while I have used them were not a major part of how I got well. I do herx as I mentioned before significantly when on ABX and Diflucan for that matter. But the herxing has been so bad, I really hate doing it, even though I know I have too.
The thing that I did do consistently for over 3 years was treat my bad case of hypercoagulation. I was on heparin for a long time. ABX played a key role though, because pre ABX when I would stop the heparin, hypercoagulation would quickly return. Since having used ABX for several short stints, the hypercoagulation has stayed gone. I do use Nattokinase just to keep it in check.
I always wondered why I managed to gain this kind of remission without all of the ABX so many seem to have to use. I thought that the heparin might have had something to do with it and then about 8 months ago I found this recent study. It is about Babesia, but there is other info suspecting it does the same for Lyme. Many of my symptoms match up to Babesia. Here is the info from PubMed.

Treatment with various concentrations of heparin showed complete clearance of the intracellular parasites. Interestingly, a higher percentage of abnormally multidividing B. bovis parasites was observed in the presence of low concentrations of heparin. Furthermore, fluorescein isothiocyanate-labeled heparin was preferably found on the surfaces of extracellular merozoites, as detected by confocal laser scanning microscopy. These findings indicate that the heparin covers the surfaces of babesial merozoites and inhibits their subsequent invasion of erythrocytes. ==============================================
Nattokinase works very much the same as heparin, but to a lessor degree. It could be that as heparin exposed the pathogens while removing the fibrin coating, the die off was much more severe. They no longer had the sticky fibrin coating to hide in. Heparin is well documented in making ABX more potent, so you can take less and get the same outcome or better.
