Bob, I get a weekly acupuncture treatment and feel it's one of the best things I do (it was actually the acupuncturist who first told me I probably have Lyme).
Anyway, the trick, I've found, is to be really specific about the symptoms I'm experiencing whenever I see her. I actually send email updates just before my session. That way, she fashions each treatment to what my body is experiencing at the time.
In addition, I'm taking some Chinese herbs she suggested and am drinking an herbal tea to help me slowly detox.
So far, my progress has been slow but steady.
I've always been wary of Rife machines. What experience did you have with yours?
