Is this a good test for lyme? My doctor who is lyme knowledgable but not an LLMD seems to like this test. He puts you on abx for 3 days (usually Omnicef) and you do 3 days of urine. The 3 urine samples are then sent to Igenex for testing.
Does anyone else have experience with this test? Is it a good test to do?

I think it will depend on who you talk to. I had this done, and mine was negative, but I definitely had Lyme specific bands on the regular Igenex blood test.
