anyone of you ever experienced side-effects from taking Fluconazol (Fluconazole, Diflucan), like e.g. liver problems, kidney problems or a biased blood picture?

It will notoriously raise your liver enzymes.
I wish I could be on it more, and envy the people who are able to be on it as part of their regular protocol. But my liver says, "No thank you!!"
I take a short course of it every few months to assist with yeast cleanup (when I lag behind the curve). 100 mg. a day for 3-7 days. ALT and AST numbers zoom instantly on my bloodwork. They go back down quickly, however. Fortunately!
Some people are just really sensitive to it, I 'spose.

How do you feel that this is happening, do you have any pain?

Hi Hans. I wouldn't even know myself except for freaky bloodwork, which LLMD orders for me.
