did anybody of you get abdominal cramping from taking Fluconazole?

Yep, a little bit. cramping and upset stomach occasionally.

how long did it take until the pain went away again?
what happend to your liver? any abnormal nlood results?

hans, i don't take fluc every day, so, the cramping and upset goes away when the pill dissolves fully. I haven't suffered any liver problems at all from this or other drugs.

Could be the die-off of the yeast. Yeast causes stomach distress, so it stands to reason that the cure would do the same.
Diflucan is pretty safe, just get your liver enzymes checked every few months.
and you can also take milk thistle for protection
