I tested positive for lyme, babesia and bartonella. I know I have been treated for babs, (zith w/ mepron) and lyme (various abx), but I can't find a site that shows the proper treatment for bartonella. Can anyone help?

Hi Guys,
Been a long time since I posted. Lots going on in my life but still dealing with all this mess.
I did levaquin & doxy together a year ago from last sept. for two months. I had a bad herx for the first 14 days.
Well, I still have bart. This sept did almost one month of just levaquin only and it affected all my ligaments. So now I am doing refampin and biaxin. My joints are still stiff and my head is dizzy and buzzes.

Levaquin did nothing for me except ruin my tendons.
Rifampin and Flagyl put me in remission of Lyme and Bart. (over a year now)

I did 500 mg levaquin & 2000 mg ceftin for 9 weeks and did not have the tendon problems. Tolerated it.

Either Levaquin or Cipro along with Either Biaxin or Zithromax

I'll also give you a summation of an old post by Auntybiotic1499 about her 83 year old mother:
Start of Auntybiotic's info The antibiotic combination that took her out of the wheelchair and gave her back her mind were: Rifampin 1200 Mg daily (600Mg in AM and 600Mg in PM.) Ceftin 1000 Mg daily(500 in AM and 500 in PM) Plaquinel 200 - 400 Mg Daily(200 in Am with antibiotics and 200 in Pm with antibiotics Zithromax 500 Mg (two 250MG in AM both at Once) Given at least 4 months-don't give up She was just recently tested and she still is CDC Positive for Lyme and Babesia and Erich are also still positive....but the Bartonella tests were negative. Note: Either the Plaquanil or Rifampin dosage was double the normal dosage due to a rx mistake. I don't remember which one she said it was.
I also have Bart but haven't been treated yet. Still working on some of the other bugs I've got. One of my most annoying symptoms is restlessness and that's a sx of Bart.
