I have been on antibiotic treatment for tickborne disease for the last three years. I have a good llmd missouri. I have had lyme for the last twevle years. Since I started with the llmd I have made remarkable progress toward normal health. I have repeatedly "plateau" on antibiotics which is frustrating. My llmd mentioned using silver. I am not afraid to use it but I would like feedback on the pros and cons of using it. If you have any advice please let me know either by emailing me or posting a message to this message on this wonderful board.

I used silver (made my own after getting help from people on what was the silver list...don't know if it still exists)for around 3 months.
I did experience some herxing...but not as much as from abx. I quit after three months from fear. Silver is a heavy metal & cumulative in your body.
I was three yrs symptomatic prior to dx. Then around 5 yrs of pretty constant abx. Now I just pulse with minocycline (self medicate) every few months if a few old symptoms reappear.
After two years of various abx I was at around 90% and able to return to part time work. Then I also took Cozaar for my labile hypertension and during the first year of that seemed to improve beyond previous plateau. Shades of Marshall ? Who knows.

By heavy metal I assume you mean toxic. While everything under the world is toxic in enough dosage, I myself have been on silver for years and have had no bad side effects. Remember silver is in our food and in our water. The body gets rid of it very efficiently. I'm not cured YET, but I think I'm on the right track. Currently I'm on MSP and the invive product.

Wow! I finally hear someone else who is using Invive!
I've been on it for 15 months. NO PROBLEMS!
Sometimes I take it in combination with other ATB's, sometimes by itself. Sometimes just take a small amt. It's great for keeping yeast down too because it purportedly kills 650 germs, it does not cause Candida like other antibiotics. It addresses the co-infections at the same time.
I had big herxes on this product.
I still battle LD.
I had a major surgery last summer which was a setback.
