Does anyone have cold extremities to go along with their week limbs? My right foot which has slowly become paralyzed over the past 1.5 yrs has also been ice cold for the same period.

Coldness that comes and goes at random, either in extremities or whole body chills. LLMD has me on bromelain / cat's claw combo to improve circulation.

have you checked your thyroid? T3 & T4 levels? poor circulation & cold extremities can be due to HYPOthyroidism.
pre thyroid supplementation, i always had freezing hands & feet, numbness & poor circulation but now i'm much improved since taking armour thyroid (mix of T3 & T4).

I have been having symptoms for 1.5 yrs and the cold extremity started with my right foot and has now began in my right hand slightly. My foot does tend towards the cold side whenever I am in a cold environment.
As for the shivers; I get these uncontroable shivers that are not like anything else that I have ever experienced. If I start to get cold I just shiver and can't stop.

I just got blood drawn for the Hemex test. They had to stick me 4 times because the tube/blood would quit flowing. Looks like a good sign to me that my blood is too thick.
I have had cold feet/legs forever (had lyme for 33yrs) I have been on thyroid meds for 16yrs and recently added iodine, so not thyroid. I also have weak/heavy/achy legs. Alot of FM tissue pain in legs. It is like the tissue is stuck. Maybe check into the hypercoaglation problem.
