Hi Nancy,
Yep, I've done Threelac for yeast/candida infection. It's good and I can recommend it but I would really recommend doing a sugar free diet with it too. Also, there are oxygen drops that you can take in water that help it to work better.

I am gonna call & ask but on such a large site you would think there would be a list of ingredients.?

I have not used Threelac personally, but I think it has a good reputation. The ingredients are there btw:

ThreeLac Candida Defense Ingredients: Spore Forming Lactic Acid Bacteria (Lactobacillus Sporogenes), Lemon Juice Powder, Refined Yeast Powder, Castor Oil, Spore Forming Bacteria (Bacillus Subtilis), Lactic Acid Bacteria (Streptococcus Faecalis).

I think Lactobacillus Sporogenes is a good option and I take that from Pure Encapsulations.

refined yeast powder? That seems to be defeating the purpose.
Thanks Scott for posting the ingredients.

They explain why the yeast powder is in there. Im thinking about ordering it just to see if it helps. Yes, id probably still stick with the diet too.

Hi Nancy and All,
The drops that I mentioned are Oxygen Elements http://www.herbalheritage.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=123

Hope that link works! It was recommended for me to take with the threelac. I haven't taken either for a while but I'm going to give them a go again as they did seems to work, gave me some energy -for a while at least.

Any scientists out there, the ingredients on the bottle reads; Propietary blend 326mg (Ionic Trace Elements, Acid blend of Citric Acid, Gluconic Acid, Rice Vinigar, and Hydrogen Sulfate, Purified water, Amino Acid blend, Enzyme Blend)
