Hello, I have had this swollen gland for over 2 months now. It is under my chin. It gets worse when I eat. Has anyone had this? It hurts! I get them all the time but it has never lasted this long. I usually get them and they only last a few days. Should I be concerned? Thanks for your advice!!

When i was bit in 2000 and had a sore throat that lasted months......i had the same swollen gland thing under my chin. It swelled just enough to hurt. I wasnt being treated for lyme, but it eventually did go away.
Have you asked your LLMD? Sorry i dont really have any advice for you, but i did have this before.

i have this same thing under my chin on my left side of my face. it has perplexed me for a while and the llmd's say dont worry about it. it is bigger when i am flaring and small on a good day go figure. i even went to the dentist to figure this out thinking i had a tooth problem. That wasnt it either so i guess lyme?

That means probably, most likely, very likely, that your lymph is not moving the way it should. If it gets stuck there as it can get in other glands (groin area, etc.), the toxins are stuck there also. The dead stuff is not able to move out via lymph into the bloodstream to then leave the body and the nutrients cannot get where they should be going also.
Any doctor who says don't worry would not be my doctor for very long.
