Hey Guys i bought some of the rechts-regulat and just wandering if it has alcohol content in it since it is in German. I called their office and they said something about natural alcohol thru fruit or something like that. I stopped it only becuz it was time to start my flagyl and was afraid to take the two together. Do you know either way any info on this? Thanks Robin in Houston

Good question. I do not know if there would be any interaction between Flagyl and Rechts-Regulat. Gigi?

Rechtsregulat should be taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Directly from the bottle or diluted with a half glass of water. It is also well absorbed by the mucose membranes if you just sort of chew it (from the spoon) and then swallow it.
That's how you get the effectiveness.
Take your killer meds away from it. I don't recall ever taking my abx on an empty stomach in the morning. Just common sense because all feel better with some food.
Rechtsregulat contains no preservatives, no alcohol and no sugar. You might want to learn about the different fermentation processes. This information is readily available on the internet.
Read the information in the English version that Scott provided. I was so excited when he sent it to me - I had been trying to get it from the maker of the Regulat for a long time.
You got every detail in the booklet - what it is used for.
I feed it to my senior dog. I put a drop into my grandchild's juice! I put it on my hair after washing. I mix it into creams and lotions. A few drops go a long way.
