Now I'm in my fifth week of treatment, starting the Biaxin has caused my lymph nodes to freak out. Especially under the right arm. Is this stabbing lymph node normal or should I call LLMD?
I can't even touch it or put my arm down near it...ouch! [confused]
Thanks!

Hi, Me too, I'm on week 4 of Doxycycline along with Samento Cat's Claw plus other things. The lymph node on the back side of my head is swollen and sore. I hope it is a good sign!

Have either of you been tested for co-infections? I am kind of new here, but it sticks in my mind that Bartonella is famous for inflammation of glands and nodes when you get on Lyme treatment..... I'm trusting my memory here, so you might want to do a search on this forum about Bart.

(Hi, Gabriella - nice to see you!) [hi]

That's when a professional lymph drainage is strongly indicated. When the lymph nodes start to swell, it means the toxins cannot be transported out into the blood stream and the nutrients cannot find their way where they need to go.

Get a professional lymph drainage and get colonics, at least 2-3 with a couple of days apart. Go only to licensed colon therapists and find the best you can. Not all are equal. Ask questions at alternative clinics, etc.

That was always the first word out of my doctor's mouth when I complained about feeling miserable and bulging lymph nodes. Some of the draining you can do yourself - I have posted it here several times.

Take care.

Take care.
