I know quite a few of us have eye problems. I get blurred vision in both eyes and cant seem to focus right on anything at times.
The last time i went to eye dr he told me I had Convergence insuffiency. Anyone else ever hear of that one? Im doing the little eye exercises he gave me, but I am not noticing a difference. My glasses arent' helping much either.
Grrr, i feeling like I am looking through clouds sometimes. Frustrating!

Watch for uveitis caused by too much TNF alpha. Permanent damage can happen if not caught in time. It can be corrected.
A specialist might be advisable. There is one in Chicago.

I have just given up using my glasses. Just got new ones only late this past summer. They were ok for some time, but now... My left eye keeps acting up!
I hope to get it sorted out at some point.

i have had the vision problems off and on for over 5 years now. I think its from the Lyme

I go to the eye doctor as much as three times a year to have my contacts script changed. Sometimes the vision improves, sometimes it gets worse. Either way it causes blurriness.
I have macular degeneration, so they say. So it is watched closely. It had greatly improved in Nov 05 when I went. Now they have these powerful machines that they can show you everything in the eye. He showed me my macular spots.
They file eye care under medical with my primary insurance and them with Medicare, since my vision problems are a result of lyme disease.
Changing scripts does help. Until the next change. I usually wait about 6 weeks after things become blurry again to see if it's going to improve, if not, it's off to the eye doc again.

My eye dr sees me about every 6 months. He does a thorough check too. No changes in the eyes just trouble with focusing and such and thats when he discovered the Convergence insuffiency. If you do a web search, you can find out more about it.

Hi, I have the same problem. My doc said it's a convergence disorder. Kind of like a lazy eye but it effects both eyes.
I feel like my eyes are so much worse now than a year ago but my Rx hasn't changed. Go figure!
My eye doc told me "Well Lyme disease can do strange things to the eyes." I guess I just have to live with it now.

For eye exercises look up Meir Schneider and his school for self healing.
He restored his eye sight after being born legally blind using eye exercises. His method works; I know I use it.
