Okay, I know Lyme can cycle every three to four weeks or so. But since off abx, I definately am cycling symptoms on two different tracks.

Around the third week of the month, in addition to extreme fatigue: irritability, deep depression, inside shakiness, evening sweats, behind-the-eye pain/migraine/headache, mental fogginess, difficulty finding words/slurring words, what feels like intense lower leg bone pain in my left leg and general feeling of weakness in both legs.

Around the fourth week of each month in addition to extreme fatigue: cluster/brain inflammation type headache, depression, spine pain, fatigue, general leg weakness.

Any guess as to what TBDs might cycle on this kind of timeline?

LLMD is testing for Babs WA-1, Bart, and Mycoplasma.

Thanks.

Sounds barty, although people tend to describe bart as being continous. The shin pain, irritability, and migraines are big symptoms. The depression could come from any continuous lowgrade fever.

As others have pointed out, sometimes you can't figure out what the heck you have until you treat one co-infection, so don't worry if you can't separate them all out right now. The other(s) are still as bad as ever, but at least you have more information to identify them.

Hi,

Hang in there! I was told I did not have co-infects...Maybe not...Thats what I am hoping....I will be tested soon though, what the hell, right.......

Keep taking the meds, drink lots of water, fiber rich foods, that is what I do, to clean out my system....

How is the weather in Cali? Boston is cold!

I would second liz on some bart going on. The shin pain that I had on abx cycled about three weeks. That symptom, I think, isn't associated with any other infection. Fatigue also, for me, came with bart.

Other stuff sounds babs-like. Remember there are many babs strains and the test is for just two of them.

My husband says someone should do symptoms lists/overlapping/statistical data for infections with a good computer program/software.

On Friday my llmd said she wishes she was able to pay someone to research patients and their symptoms/co-infections.
