I just spent the morning reading about the fatigue that consumes us and viewed lyme posters suggestions. If you have fatigue go to
http://www.lymeinfo.net/fatigue.html

The liston the page also includes 3 pages of a lymenet thread about how to manage/work thru/with the fatigue. ( I think it is too far back for it to come up in search.)

Podi patches - yoga - mangosteen - NADH - & pain meds are all mentioned.

Read the first hand accounts if you are experiencing the lyme/co fatigue. (I also think fatigue is a symptom of babs.)

Mangosteen FOR SURE! But get "the original mangosteen supplement!"

Heading to the link ... thanks! [Smile]

Under Insomnia tips, at the bottom of the main page that valymemom posted it said:

Take one mag Glycinate and vit. B6 and one calcium at bedtime for sleep.

I am going to try this tonight.

But I thought these things where for energy.
I'll either have a good nites sleep, or a long nights work [Big Grin]
