How many of you have worked with their LLLMD via telephone for an extended period of time versus face to face visits? Now that our NP here in TX is moving the only option is to do phone appointments, will that be effective? What suggestions might you have for us? I recommend that replies be sent by private message. Not seeing patients for extended periods can get a practitioner in trouble, and I think most would expect visits interspersed with phone calls.

For clarification: Patients will be required to see this practitioner in her office on a regular basis, with phone consultations monthly between visits.
