Hi,

I have started taking Tini.

I am going to add another ABX.
What Abx has shown to be most affective?
DO I need to add one or 2 ABX to the Tini?

What are you taking it for? Do you have any sneaky co-infections, or is it just Lyme? I think tini is like a mop-up drug, you get the active Lyme down to size, then use tini as a "cyst buster" to get rid of hidden, dormant bugs.

If you have co-infections, it might help a little, or it could mask other problems. That happened to me--I had bartonella for years, but flagyl, the other Lyme cyst buster, suppressed the symptoms.

If it's just Lyme, you could probably take it with anything that worked for you? Of course, I'm not a doctor, and can't say anything for sure about abx interactions.

Hello:

I went for my first LLMD appointment Feb. 4. Dr. M. put me on 1500 mg. amoxicillan and 1000 mg. per day tinidazole(generic) spread out during the day.

One is for the spirochette and the other for cyst form.

I go back next week for my next appointment.

Are you seeing a LLMD?
