Has anyone here every had this test? and if so can this test differ from lyme and MS? Can it come back positive for MS and really be Lyme?

I have antibodies to Myelin Basic Protein that came back recently. That specific test cannot differentiate to my knowledge. Also note that in Dr. Klinghardt's protocol, he mentions that this is not uncommon in people with Lyme to have this due to molecular mimicry. Check out his protocol.
