Anyone get tingly about a half hour after eating? Pressure in head, tingly in head, face and extremeties? More prickly all over than numb.

Sounds like a food sensitivity or food allergy. You may want to talk to your doctor about an elimination diet, which is way to identify foods causing problems. I get this way when I eat rice.
