My feet hurt from the moment I get up in the morning.
At night, they burn hot. So hot I have to put them in lukewarm water. Is this Bart too?

I think it could be Lyme arthritis too. I don't THINK I have bart and one of my first symptoms was painful and burning feet.

I have gotten that from time to time. The foot pads only make it worse for me when I have it and I end up having to rip them off. I have decided to call this phenomenon something really scientific and technical - "hotfoot" LOL.
I have bart, my LL said that Burrascano says the foot pain is a total bart hallmark, but I am not sure about the heat sensation. Boy, it sure is annoying, eh?
I try to stick my feet out from under the covers but I can't sleep like that because this exposes them to the monsters under the bed, of course.

My feet get so hot at night too, and I know what you mean about the monsters under the bed AlisonP! I don't know why covers over your feet are going to stop them from grabbing them!
Does anyone get itchy patches on their feet too? I have a patch on my left instep that itches like mad sometimes - nothing ever comes up though, just intense itching...

One of the ares the lyme has thought looks like good realistate to them is in my back
and in my feet.
The 3 years intensive treatment -thank God has cleard much of the foot/joint pain. The back is proving a bit harder to convince bb to re-locate.
The thing that helps me is I put foam inserts in all my slippers and shoes.
