I recently ordered the initial lyme panel from igeneX, but after joining this board i realized i should get tested for co-infections at the same time as the lyme.
My question is... could someone list all the coinfections i should get tested for, because igeneX does offer a coinfections panel but that doesn't include the one that starts with an E? En-something... i forgot the name.
Must be the lyme acting up..
I just want to make sure i cover all ground.

Panel 5060 and 5070 from IgeneX cover most of what you need.
You need:
Borrelia Ehrlichia AND Anaplasma Bartonella Babesia Microti Babesia WA-1 if infected on the west coast) Mycoplasma fermentans
and possibly Chlamydia Pneumoniae

After waiting two weeks for tests, I spoke to the nurse at my doctor's today. The results came back
Does anyone know what this all means? I have a doctors appointment on Friday and would like to know what questions to ask. The nurse said this could mean just going on oral antibiotics instead of the IV.

It means:
1) You need to treat the babesia FIRST or CONCURRENTLY. If you do not treat that to start, you will not have much success overall.
2) You do not show tests for Bartonella. Very important and almost always positive - 70% back east.
3) You do not show a test for Ehrlichia.
4) Elisa negative - shows the ELISA test is a bad screening test.
5) Did you get a Western Blot?
6) What type of Mycoplasma? Pneumoniae? Fermentans? Incognitus? Important to know what they were testing for.
7) HHV6 - not HSV6. Viral issue. If really bad, antivirals might be needed, but often treatment of the Lyme related stuff is a good place to start.
Looks like you have lots of issues to work on. Good news is that you know. I content most of us have these and those that think they don't will either find that they do or they will have their recovery stalled because they are not looking at the whole picture.
We need to see your Western Blot results too.
If I were you, I'd be getting the KMT24 device from BioTools which helps with all of the items you listed.

Thanks for the information. It really helps because until now I had no idea all these other things were associated with lyme.
