An update... Last weeks were hell but turning better these last days.

About 3 weeks ago I had another air hunger crisis: started with strong
air hunger, then palpitations, numbness in legs and then arms until I
got paralized, then finally,

I started shaking all over and had to be
transported with an ambulance to the nearby hospital.

As usual, they discovered nothing.

Then I went to see 2 malaria/ tropical disease specialists as I
suspected babesiosis (many symptoms) and they teased me saying that

only
people with no spleen get babesiosis and that's a very rare disease in
Europe for people (not animals though).

I said I have variations of temperature (from 35.0 to 37.5C) in a
couple of hours, at an almost daily basis, have air hunger episodes
that come and go, have 'anemia' (need iron shots every 2-3 months),

have daily night sweats, headaches, etc. Same story: they said: "it
could be other health problems, it could be other infectious agents, it

could be your imagination/psychological symptoms, but certainly it's
not babesiosis and very probably nor lyme."

They did the blood smear test for babesiosis (negative), malaria tests
for many strains (negative), lyme (always positive, but they said it could be
positive for months, years even if I'm healthy),

so conclusion: I'll
get no treatment as I have no diagnosis.

I said I have arthritic pains if I stop herbs, they said: "you'll only
have arthritis if we see swelling, redness, so stop all herbs so that
we get a clearer picture. Anyway, herbs don't work, so you very
probably don't have arthritis".

So I stopped herbs to check, and then
got multi-joint pains back plus the terrible night insomnia (not mere
insomnia, but it looks more like night terrors).

So I can't stop herbs for long or I can't sleep anymore and things get
worse downhill with even more 'crazy' symptoms that start to be added.

Then I saw another specialist who told me: "only if you got nerve
inflamation which is measurable with a punction, if you got real
swelling of joints with redness,

if your ECG is clearly irregular we'll
treat you for lyme. If not, we can't diagnose you for lyme".

I said that 4 months of drenching night sweats were gone after Riamet
(anti malarial med), and that they slowly came back
after. They said: 'placebo effect or coincidence'.

These were doctors from the best infectious disease institute in
Belgium, so there, I won't find help either.

So I came back to step
zero with 'normal' docs, as no one had ever given me any treatment for
lack of diagnosis (even after 3 positive western blots).

This Monday I went to visit a woman in Germany who's not a doctor but
practices ART (Klinghardt's technique). She found babesia (strong and
mostly in my brain), bartonella and borrelia.

This would help explain part of my cronic anemia and unexplained sweats/ temp. variation.

She lent me the KMT
machine to test for about a month. It's too early to tell it's working,
but I do feel better only after 3 days of using it.

So I continue with my daily andrographis, cats claw, sarsaparilla,
garlic (allicin) pills, chlorella, enzymes, glucosamine sulphate, plus
the basic supplement protocol of Burrascano (Omega 3, Alpha lipoic
acid, CoQ10 etc).

Now I added royal jelly, some more homeopathic
supportive stuff to help with infections and immune system, and the
daily KMT sessions and would like to add PC-Noni.

Besides, she found
out wheat, spelt and cow milk products should be avoided in my case (sensitivity), so
I'm doing my best to avoid them.

The ART-KMT approach is so different from the allopathic medicine that
it's totally impossible to compare. None of these ART tests will be
accepted as a diagnostic by a normal doc here.

I feel better since yesterday, but it's too early to tell. I'll keep
you posted in case I see real improvement.

She also recommended me to take all of my amalgams and root canals out
saying my intestines are charged with mercury and probably causing some
of my GI problems plus concentration of infectious agents there.

The most important for me now is that I start to feel more positive
about my health and hoping that what I feel now won't be another short
term improvement.

I'm worried about the teeth treatment as it will cost a heck, but I
think I will try to do it step by step if I can.

I fell down in tears when she said "I found babesia, borrelia and bartonela, just to start with, and your case looks pretty complicated". At last, I found someone who believed my story!

I didn't really suspect bartonella as I never had rashes or palm/ sole sensibility.

If it will work or not, only time will tell, but I'll certainly try this approach and if I see steady improvement (or not) will let you know.

I would also like to thank Gigi for having helped me find this ART practioneer in Germany. It was very nice of her to leave me test the KMT 240 (is it the same as KMT 24?) for a month.

Hi Hardy

I just read your post to my husband and he was stunned at your symptoms and the doctors' responses.

I told him many here at lymenet have this experience.

I am so sorry you aren't finding drs to be in your corner and you are having to self-treat. Hooray for this lady in Germany. She sounds knowledgeable.

In my case, 3 MDs are choosing to treat me alternatively. Since they are fully trained in both allopathic and alternative care, I feel they believe the herbs and homeopathic remedies work best for our illness.

Sounds like you are on the right path. From others here, I hear that babs is the hardest to kill.

I had ART testing and Electrodermal Testing on my teeth and both came up with the same conclusion.

I am having amalgams and root canals removed.

Good Luck to you!

Selma!

I know you are feeling awful, but I'm so happy you have found this practitioner.

All the best to you, it won't be quick, but I believe you're on your way!

It IS totally different, isn't it? I am really finding that it is the most useful diagnostic tool I have found to date. I also use the KMT regularly. Please have your ART practitioner test you for NONI, etc. BEFORE you start adding them. All of your supplements should be tested with ART. I found that a couple of them I was taking were blocking me and I had to cut them out.

I agree with removal of amalgams when done by someone that knows how to do it.

It is nice to finally get some clear pictures of what coinfections are part of the mix. Conventional labs seem to miss many of these.

KMT240 is not the same as the KMT24. 240 is a much bigger, more functional, and more expensive offering. The KMT24 is the newer personal unit. I have the 23 now and soon the 24 (not available yet).

I talk alot about Dr. K and his stuff on my web site also.

Be well.

Hi Scott, Mo and Luvs, thanks for your replies.

The woman tested my pills and added a few more, so I'm taking them in the amount she suggested.

I got a full KMT program of 3 hours running on my belly yesterday, it was too much... Today I felt soooo tired, had to go back again to my day naps. But certainly something got different inside there (it feels totally different inside!!).

Yes, Scott, I was thinking this 240 was not the same as the 24 as it looks bigger from your photo!!

Do you know if this 240 machine has similar programs as the 24? I'm asking that because I am considering to buy the 24, as she will only lend me this 240 for a while.

I'm not sure this machine will solve the problem of the Babesia from Europe (said to be tougher than the American babesia) either...

Glad to hear from you all here and there. [Smile]

What's this about the KMT 24? I just bought the brand new KMT23 unit that was introduced the end of 2005. How can there be a new personal unit already?

The KMT 240 is used mostly by practitioners. It is much, much larger - you can't put it in your pocket and costs several times what the KMT 23 or 24 costs.

It also of course contains many more frequencies. I have used it for bone healing. It has a psycho channel. Weight loss. It has separate channels for pain in different body areas (leg, arms, etc.) It has lymph drainage channels, meridian balancing channels, etc. It's nice to have, but not really necessary because most of these areas are covered in the smaller units.

I would suggest calling Nancy to get the exact differentce between KMT 23 and KMT 24, if there is a difference. I don't think there is. I used the S21, which is an ancient model, and that has gotten me to where I am today, well. When I pass mine down to family members, I will get the newer one, but don't expect it to be much different.

Nancy is the best source to ask. 541-488-6770.

Take care.

All Babesia is covered in the devices. Dr. K. has Babesia himself and spent most of his life in Southern Germany. He treated himself with the devices.

Not to worry!

Take care.

Hi Gigi, glad to hear from you again!

I have contacted Nancy a few weeks ago, she said the KMT 24 has larger time span for batteries than the KMT 23(if I remember it right).

If it's enough to have the KMT 24 (babesia and co-infections), I think I'll go for it then soon.

I'm still testing the microcurrent (240), having good results so far. It just makes me tired if I run the whole programs, but smaller programs are alright.

Great to hear Dr. K. has used it for his own babesia he probably got in Germany!! It's reassuring!

I'm now looking for the PC-Noni to buy here in Europe, if possible. And for someone to do the bee venon therapy in the near future (closer than Freiburg, as I need to go a few times a week).

I still feel fatigue but in general, I'm better.

I'll start my dentist visits next Thursday, let's see how it will turn out.

I've been using the KMT23 since December on a regular basis and do think that it is a useful device. When you hear Dr. K discuss the unit, it really makes sense. It is also easy to use. I just sleep with it many nights. It is nice to know that it is addressing many things that we may not even know that we have as it covers the whole range of parasites, viruses, etc. Be well.
