I am taking the Biaxin/Plaquenil combo and I am experiencing the same feelings I did when I was taking the Tetracycline.
I thought as you moved on to different abx, things got better with re: to Herxing????
It is difficult to walk, but I do it. Fatigue is back, yet I move around. All the pains, tingling, numb/heavy legs feeling are back!
MMMMMMMMMMMMMM!
Could someone please come by my house and shoot me? Posted by cantgiveupyet (Member # 8165) on :

Plaquinil can be an intense drug.I allows for deeper penitration of the other drug you are taking. How much are you taking? I had to back off a bit on Plaquinil to ease the intensity.

I almost always herx when I swicth abx.
Once on the same abx for awhile eventually the intensity and duration of the herx decrease for me .
Hopefully it will for you too.
Best wishes

Hi guys!
I am also herxing again. Right now, I am sitting here at the computer with sunglasses on because of the sensitivity to light. I also have ear pain and very bad headache. Also pain in arches of feet. Posted by BostonLyme2005 (Member # 7680) on :

Rob,
Me too! I was laying on the couch with a blanket over my head and my lovely cat on top of me! LOL! That is the highlight of my friday evening. But I don't mind because I know and believe that someday soon I will have more good days then bad. Posted by BostonLyme2005 (Member # 7680) on :
Hi Nuke,
I am happy you have a cat to lie on top of you, I have nothing, but at this point for company's sake, I would welcome an alligator.
