Ok I woke up had 3 eggs for breakfast 1 cup of coffe with no sugar and I was fine.
I actually started feeling better.
Then just an hours ago I had a salad from subaway.
Lettuce Spinach Green peper Onion Turkey oil and vingegar salt and pepper.
thats it, and water
Now my feet are burning so bad right now and its spreading to other parts of my body.
Is it the vinegar? Usually only sugar and carbs do this to me.
I tolerate peppers and onions fine. Im narrowing it down to either the vinegar or some additives in the turkey.
What gives? It seems the only thing I can eat is eggs...

Processed turkey has sugar and nitrates in it.
It could also be the bread they used. There's the yeast and if you had wheat, it could have been a wheat thing.
There is also the oil. I would be surprised if they where using extra-virgin olive oil.
And from the books I have read vinager is contradicted on a no yeast diet.
Not trying to pass judgement on your subway experience. Just tying to help.

nope no bread here.
Its just such a weird occurance because I havent had this in a while.
I think what triggered it was my diet slipped last week and yesturday I had a bunch of crackers.
Thats what did it. It seems that I can tolerate a little bit, but not this much.

I think its an additive in the turkey.
Or it could be that the vinegar is making me too acidic?

Vinegar is VERY bad for yeast. Maybe that could be it?

its one of those things that I dont know if I really have yeast or not.
I mean I know everyone has some in their blood and it seems hand in hand with LYME>
I have been very constipated though and the biaxin for the past 7 months has been producing lots of gas and bloatins. And complex carbs too have been bloating me.
I just react so severelly to sugar. Burning pains and weakness and air hunger.
My LLMD said that It could be that I have lots of LYME in my digestive track. Dont get it.
Any way he did give me a script for diflucan, ive been taking it 3 days a week. I just took one today and 30 minutes after taking I got lots of gas and bloating and rumbling? A sign?
Anyway I dont even know how often to take this to kill the yeast. I did notice however that it increased the BIAXIN im taking. It gave me bad side effects with the biaxin.

For "ME" and "HERE" I experience burning and foot pain IF I eat a huge load of potatoes, or bread, waffles, popcorn, etc, etc.
And I have NEVER known to have yeast.
I even take a shot of vinegar pretty much once a day. I like it but it doesnt like me, lots of gas etc. BUT it makes me feel better, along with a couple grams of sodium chloride
I suck on them like a piece of candy so they dont lay in one spot on the stomach and burn a hole in the lining 'like' an ulcer.
Now the difference between me and you(whoever) is I am light skinned, used to have VERY summer blonde hair(younger times), and perspire twice as fast as a normal person, and am outside all day every day and always breaking a 'sweat'.
Short version, I "USE" alot of salt in a day!!! Not for everyone, but works for ME, try it it "MAY" work for you IF your similiar in nature. Mostly because I am still known as --just don--

when i used to eat whatever i wanted to, before i knew just how bad my health really was when all of this hit me hard.
I would get sick after eating sugar...air hunger, anxiety like feeling. I got this again recently after drinking a weight gain shake 3 weeks ago. i dont know if it is the lyme or yeast. there wasnt much sugar in the shake but enough.
I would stay away from vinegar, i had a bad reaction to it, it caused me burning too...i had a few salt and vinegar chips months ago and will never eat them again. I eat salads plain if on the very rare ocasion i eat out, or i use plain olive oil.

I substitute lemon juice for vinegar Posted by lymeHerx001 (Member # 6215) on :
we must be on to something here.
Only "you" people on this board understand the burning associated to eating certain foods.
For a normal person lots of sugar might just make them tired.
but for us lymies lots of sugar means burning stabbing pains on the skin and were to tired to breathe.

I hate to rain on your parade, don....but the above could very well indicate yeast. Anyone who has been on longterm abx is a prime target for yeast, of course.
I know, i know....You're "just don"!! Posted by Lymetoo (Member # 743) on :
oh! duh!!
lymeherx...I vote for the turkey. Nitrates and chemicals in the processed meat. [OR the vinegar! ]

Years ago some places with salad bars used to use preservatives in the vegs so that they held up longer..Not sure if this still happens but it is also something to think about...lymemomtooo

Have you had food allergy testing done? meta metrix does the testing, it might help. Good luck with it, that sure is frustrating.

Vinegar is sugar. Lots and lots of sugar. Vinegar is made from grains or fruits.
Also, green peppers are nightshades. Nightshades are known for causing arthritic symptoms and pain.
