Im having such terrible constipation at the moment and just the thought of all that stuff in my colon is making me sick.
I just took some senna and am doing glycerine suppositories.
It seems that Ive been having more frequent contipation as of late.

I have looked into a place in West Hartford... forgot the name if it ,but if you type in colonics in West Hartford CT, I am sure it will pop up on the search engine.
Mind you I have not used this place yet...just researched it a bit......

I too was considering the colonics...Did check out the West Hartford one's webiste. Seemed like a good choice.
