How many tablets do I need to take every 12 hours to be taking 1200-1400mg, which is what my llmd wants me to take? Thanks.

Sure! You can try taking 2 caps twice daily. If you get loose stoolls back it up to one twice per day. Hope it helps!

Of course I should have thought of that. No trouble telling when you are taking too much.
