Anyone else experience this? They are always at their most frequent at night.

All my symptoms were worse at night...esp if I woke up in the middle of the night. Before I knew what I had, I went to the ER twice w/heart palpitations, once in the middle of the night. For some reason, my ekg's were always fine.

Sorry to hear about your heart palps. Make sure you tell your doc about these if you haven't already.
I had them previous to lyme treatment but got worse durning treatment, for a while, due to a die off in my heart. Really scarey at times.
Mine where worse in the evenings . Starting late afternoon, but the weird thing is they would stop like clock work at around 11:00 at night.
Thank God with treatment they are gone now. But it took a while to go away.
Take care and again make sure to have you doc know whats going on.

Hi my heart palps are always worse at night when in bed. Sometimes my heart is okay when I got to bed then just as I am nearly asleep the pounding starts and wakes me up! Not sure why this is?
I do have Babs but why it is worse at night I dont' know. One time my LLMD said it was a hormone issue but don't know what he meant by that.
