I bought some Rechts-Regulat, but the instructions came in German. I know to take 10 ml on an empty stomach in the morning and before bed.
I called the company and they said to refrigerate after opening, but they could not tell me whether Rechts-Regulat would interfere with medications. I take my seizure meds first thing in the morning and before bed. They said to ask my doctor--none of my doctors have ever heard of Rects-Regulat.
Are you able to help me. Will it interfere with medications or supplements like magnesium?

Here is the English version of a 100 page booklet that the manufacturer puts out.
I suggest you print it and keep it. It tells you everthing you need to know.
As primal enzymes, it has a long shelf life. They keep for several weeks after opening. No need to refrigerate it.
If you want to know whether walls of the room in which you store your Regulat are contaminated with mold and mildew, let it sit there for a while, and if mold or mildew begins to grow, you know that you have a problem room. Regulat literally attracts the mold.
I have not heard of interference with medications. It actually replaces what we do nto get in our food today and what we are missing. You probably are speeding up the delivery of meds because it definitely cleans the blood to flow, not dark and thick any longer. You may have to adjust and not need all you are taking. That is for your doctor to decide. Give him the book to read - he might learn something he did not know.
It works in a positive way for the body in every respect.
You do not need to start with 10 ml. Start with a teaspoon full in AM and before going to bed. Put it into a bit of liquid or just "chew" it a bit before swallowing. All the enzymes that we so badly need are absorbed by the mucous membranes.
If you have dark sticky blood, go higher 2xday. It works almost instantly.
I take only a teaspoon full once in a while to keep my blood thin and red. I quickly find out what the condition of my blood is while is sew. I occasionally stick myself with a pin If it is dark and stops bleeding right away, I take Regulat.
Scott Forsgren, by the way, was kind enough to dig up the English version of my German book and has posted it here several times, as have I.

This stuff is amazing!!! My blodd is flowin again.I can se it when they draw blood from me. It is much easier now!

Yes, Robi, and you will heal a lot quicker. Your blood is carrying oxygen again and gets into the tiny vessels......... carrying the good in and the bad out.
Rechts Regulat is a permanent in our wellness cabinet. I am stingy with it, but I never let it run out.

Certainly if you have sticky blood and it starts flowing again, you will have some clearing. But isn't that the ultimate desire - that things finally start moving and moving out!?
I would recommend again reading the booklet from end to end. It explains everything. I think it's best to know what to expect before you take any remedy. This happens to be the best write-up I have ever seen for any non-prescription remedy.
I never had a herxheimer, not from anything that I took, so it is difficult for me to judge. All meds that I took were always ART tested for me and it usually meant my body was able to deal with it effectively without upsetting my system too much or more than I could handle or deal with.
I do not think Rechts Regulat would fall into that category of herxheimer to any great extent. It helps to eat up the dead proteins, etc. and move them on and out.
Oftentimes people feel sick because the blood is thick and debris cannot move out -- likening to not being able to go to the bathroom for a few days!
