I am on Biaxin and started to feel better that I have felt in over a year, then started to feel fluish, very fatiqued, nausea, dizzy then I noticed a rash around my collar bone and up at the base of my neck, more on upper shoulder where neck meets. the are small dots that allmost look like a baby's heat rash. Most have a very small white colored blister like a pimple, very very small though. They will itch a bit if I mess with them. They dimismished a little after a couple days, and I still feel sick but not as bad. Is this part of a herx? or a antibotic reaction? Or just a fluke thing?

My guess is that it's a herx. I'm suffering from the same thing at this very moment, and I think it's a herx from the tinidazole I started taking.

Though it could very well be a herx, with these kind of symptoms it is always good to check with your doctor, as they also could indicate an allergic reaction.
If you are feeling better, it is probably NOT an allergy, but its always good to be sure.
