several of you suggested i look at treepatrol's and minoucet's disability info. how do i do that??? i tried searching the site and entered thier names, also tried just entering the word disability. so far i get nothing. i am getting desperate!! thanks! karen

Please email DISINISSUES list owner Mary S. It was HER friend the MD who had this excellent example for CFS template but could be adapted to other illnesses like our lyme/fibro, etc.
