Please please tell me I am not crazy. Today, when looking into the clear blue sky, I began seeing THOUSANDs of little swimmies...

Does anyone else see these? I looked for about 20 minutes, and there was NO pattern, just swimming every which way... almost looked like snow on a bad TV channel, but completely random... swimming around. I didnt see anything "bumping" into each other. They were almost clear/white in color.

so oddddd, and oh so scary.

Thanks all.

Yes, I see them when my blood sugar is low. Don't know if that's what it means for you or not.

Do you think its the spirochetes? Could i be seeing them? My vision has been a mess since my symptoms began, with dim vision, and have been unable to drive at night due to streaky vision and incredible glare. My blood sugar is always normal...

Thanks all.

Hey there! I get this too. I can see the fluid on my eyes with little spirals, sometimes the ends will be curled up. I think they are spirochetes.

I also have a few blood vessels in my eyes that are spiral shaped.. I wonder if they are spirochetes as well.

Just thought I would let you know you are not alone..

Take care

yes---I see them too---especially if I am having low blood pressure issues.

They are NOT spirochetes. Spirochetes are microscopic.

I try to have fun with my floaters and think---dang people pay big buck for designer drugs to see the same stuff I see by just having Lyme. [Big Grin]

yes---mine wiggle too--like little sperms. ANd then I have floaters too---you are right very different. SOrry to confuse the two.

Mine are very bright white. brilliant white [Cool]

What color are yours?

my floaters are kind of clear and my swimmers are also bright white, like in that movie "look who's talking" with John Travolta and the little sperm swimming around.

I have both floaters and these squiggles... I am just waiting for them to bump into each other and stop fighting.

Do we think that eye drops with ABX may help fix this???

I occasionally see these. It looks like what you would see when you look in a microscope. I have to be looking at a light sky.

Floaters are dark things that look like hairs. I have those too.

I didn't notice the little "swimmies" prior to LD.

What you (and myself as well) are seeing is white blood cells moving through your retinal vessels. Theres a technical name for this phenomenon, but I'm too lazy to look it up. It is part of the "visual snow" "persistent migraine with aura" phenomenon. I have this, along with random blue starbursts, and many worm like floaters.
