My left eye is bulgy, it may have always been this way, but my chiro ponted it out about a month ago.

Since then, my floaters have increased & I think I'm developing a sensitivity to light. Things are also getting a little hazy or something like that.

They also feel dry, particularly the left eye.

I had my annual eye exam a few weeks ago & mentioned the bulgy eye. The doc wasn't concerned, he dilated it & looked.

I went to a new PCP today who ordered an MRI.

What can I do about my eye? Do you think it's the Bb or the abx? I'm on day 10 of 3,000 mg amoxicillin.

oh...you ended up with a double post; find the 2nd one. EDIT/PENCIL icon and go to the box to DELETE ENTIRE POST and mark it; enter, and it's gone for more room for other posts. It happens to us all.

Here's a hint to prevent it from happening again: when you post, wait until the screen returns with what YOU JUST TYPED, and then hit the back button to take you back to medical/general, etc.

If you don't see your typed comments, use the down page, and it will say ... you have flooded this post; wait 30 seconds to post, etc.

REFRESH and use page down to END of ALL posts, your post should be showing. If it isn't, use forward to go back to your typed comments, and hit ENTER for posting.

I'd have my throid tested for TSH. Hubby had OVERactive/hyper thyroid and ended up with GRAVES DISEASE of the eys .... Betty Davis eyes.

they bulge out, very dry, tear and you must use kleenex or sting really hurts, etc.

Are you going to a EYE SPECIALIST or regular eye d? You need to be going to a eye spec so then can check if LYME is in your eyes, diabetes, glucoma, etc.

You sound like you have early glucoma in your eyes. Best wishes to you.

I'm NOT a MD/medical person ... just have experience with hubby's over/my under active thyroid.

EYE SENSITIVIES & NOIR, no infrared sunglasses info., 2-28-06 updated YES, I have what you have! Are you on doxy too? That made my extreme eyes

200% MORE sensitive than they we were earlier.
I learned a lot about eye sensitivity/lighting on
www.marshallprotocol.com board.

Look for AUSSIE BARB'S EAST FINDER and then eyes/sunglasses, etc. Wealth of info there.

I ordered the NOIR sunglasses.
http://www.noir-medical.com/noir_amber.htm
You will need 2% amber and 10% amber ... Style no. 901 and 910.
1-800-521-9746 TOLL- FREE

mention you have lyme and marshall protocol, they will give you 20% off!
I'm NOT on MProtocol, but mention it anyway. I was on their new board almost 12 months!

Also they have been kind enough to replace the SCRATCHED LENSES & BROKEN BOWS! How's that for service?

I don't drive often at night, but I can wear NOIR's 901 lenses at night while driving; it creates soft candle lights coming at me...tolerable. NOT to wear in town with all the action of people crossing where they shouldn't be, etc.
