If anybody has an EMEM3D rife machine from rifelabs in NY/NJ/PA area and is willing to let me try it I will really appreciate your help. I've been sick for a while and can not afford to buy without knowing if it will produce a herx. Please help.

You might want to try a "Doug Coil" or EM (Electro magnetic) machine too. I have found them to be far more effective than older Rife devices.
