It could have been much worse.
ConnieMc gives a short explanation under "Dr Jemsek's hearing - decision"

Apparently he'll be allowed to continue to practice but under the watchful eye of the Board. I don't remember the details now, so please read what she said.
I don't want to get incorrect info out.
