I was just curious as to what others have experienced with gastro. docs and their advice on our continual yeast battles.

Went to a seminar last Sundat Doc O. said
" IF you have sevre gastro probs you probably have bartenella"
Never heard that said before, course we are much uneducated 'here'. I am going down that road myself to see. She also said
" you have to treat that before you can touch all other tick bourne infections"

I have been to many GI doctors over the years and most poopoo yeast issues unless they can see it on an endoscope test.
In the past when I have had upper and lower Gi issues 2 weeks diflucan knocked it out. Of course this along with a strick anit-yeast diet. But never have I been able to get a script for it form a GI duck.
And tons of pro-biotics and kefir & yogurt ect..
I have read that lyme along with bart and babs can cause GI distress.
Take care

has gastro. ever said if there is a way to get over the yeast and intestinal troubles that years of abx have caused? Will it ever be normal again even after stopping abx? Or do we have to continually watch our diet and take the diflucan and nystatin and acidophilus?
