Fatigue seems to be one of the most common symptoms of lyme disease. For me fatigue has not been an issue. Perhaps at times I have been a bit more tired but I wouldn't say fatigue.

Are there any others out there that have lyme disease by not fatigue?

Lack of fatigue which is a good thing sometimes makes me wonder if it lyme disease.

at a pont in this I did not think fatigue was a problem, it was early on, then midway, it wasn't, but now it is again. So, maybe as iwth ohter symptoms, aspects for some fo us can come and go.

(apparently I have had this for six years.)

I absolutely agree with Jif --- the symptom picture can change dramatically over time. I actually didn't realize just how fatigued I was until I started to get better -- though I did have a period of undeniable crushing fatigue last year -- it has been one of my less pronounced symptoms. For me, pain and neuro weirdness have always topped the list. (I've had this at least 18 years, if not longer).

No fatigue for me this go round.

When I was first bit in 1995, fatigue was unbearable and joint pain very minor. This time is joint pain. In the beginning, I also had migraines, short term memory loss, hearing loss, and mental confusion. These symptoms cleared up quickly.

Joint pain is all that remains.

Only occasional bouts of fatigue for me. My symptoms are far more pain-oriented/nerve/muscle and weird neurological.

I had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in the 1980s/1990s so I know what crushing exhaustion is like, and the Lyme for me is completely different than CFS.

Just shows how these tick-borne diseases manifest so differently in each of us.

Me neither. The fatigue didn't come until after I started on antibiotics.

The first major symptom for me was terrible pain, both joint and muscle. Then a bunch of fun neuro symptoms followed.

at my worst, I slept 16 hours a day.

I now have hardly any fatigue, but Im still slightly sick as well.

Fatigue comes and goes for me. I am almost always a little tired, but there are some days, like earlier this week, when I could either lie down or fall down. Chose the former and slept at least three hours each time.
