Well here I am at 4:45 in the morning unable to sleep because of nausea. Upon waking I have my typical body vibrations and diarhhea. So I did a search on the side effect of mepron.
Nausea Diarrhea Hyponatremia* Excessive sweating
These are the four symptoms I have ... there are others.
The one that really interested me was hyponatremia. Apparently the mepron can cause an electrolyte depletion. The cure: gatorade or pedialite (sp?). I have been craving and drinking more gatorade than ever since I started the mepron.
So I drank a gatorade right now and guess what. No vibrations. Calming down the whole system. Less nausea.
I am going to buy pedialyte -- less sugar -- but I think I may have found an answer, for me.
Just sharing .... will see if it is a long term solution.
Perhaps those who understand this better can comment.
I am also going to stop the mepron, it's been 3.5 months, and have a visit with my LLMD. I need a break.

Jay, I found it but I don't understand it. Maybe you or someone here can tell me if these salts are the same as electrolytes:
Contains a homeopathic combination of:
Active Ingredients Silica (Silicea) 6 x Natrum Muriaticum (Sodium chloride) 6 x Magnesium (magnesium phosphorica) 3 x Kali (sulphuricum) 3 x Kali (phosphoricum) 3 x Kali (muriaticum) 3 x Ferrum Phosphoricum (Iron phosphate) 3 x Calcarea (Calcarea Sulphorica) 3 x Calcarea (Calcarea Phosphoricum) 3 x Calcarea (Calcarea Fluorica) 6 x Natrum Sulphuricum (Sodium sulphate) 3 x Natrum Phosphorica (Sodium phosphate) 3 x
Suggested Use Adults: Dissolve 3 to 6 tablets under tongue three to four times daily. Children: 2 tablets under tongue three to four times daily.

Thanks for posting this! I had no idea about that particular side effect -- I'll keep tabs on my electrolytes now, for sure.
You can get pedialyte in a non-flavored form, which has no sugar at all. Tastes kinda nasty unless your body is really depleted, in which case it actually starts to taste good! I used it when I was working outdoors in scorching heat a while back.
