Author has enough brains,to say that some never rid the disease..
And had a realitive with lyme.

Good article. One thing that confused me, though:

Note: A biting tick will leave a bullet-like, bull's-eye rash. That means he's imbedded, and it's time to get out the tweezers.

Maybe I'm reading too far into it, but that just....doesn't make any sense.
