It is a Rx B vitamin. Each Metanx tablet contains:

L-methylfolate (Metafolin)
2.8 mg
Pyridoxal 5'-phosphate
25 mg
Methylcobalamin
2 mg

Sounds good to me Methyl B-12, folic acid and B5.

Anyone use it and notice improvement?

Robi,

Just started Metanyx myself. Certainly sounds like a good thing from the literature. I started it in the last couple of weeks, and am taking only one a day and sporadically at that. I'm not very brave about new meds, and take a vitamin with lots of B's as well as extra B complex. So don't want to overdo it even though my doc said it would be okay. It doesn't have the usual yucky B feeling for me. I take it with food.

Let me know how it goes for you.
