Anyone taking provigil for fatigue? Does it help without too many side effects?

Just started 10 days ago can't tell yet I am so exhausted it's hard to tell. I think it helps a little. Sorry maybe someone will be able to help us both

I took it for a little while during the early phases of treatment. It seemed like it kept me awake, but not really in a better "state" then normal. I think it made me a little OCD, but that could have just been boredom and lyme brain anyway.

I wouldn't have a problem trying it again, and it had very little in the way of adverse effects..at least, that I could discern.

I was on Provigil for about a year and it was the

most helpful of anything that I had ever done for

my fatigue. It did not make me nervous or

shakey. My mind felt clearer and I had SO much

more energy. Unfortunately, I developed an

allergic reaction to it and had to stop taking

it. I have to find a new llmd now that I have

moved to nj. I hope they can give me something

that is similar to Provigil without the reaction

to it.

Anyone else have an allergic reaction to

Provigil and have found a suitable alternative?
