Caffeine reduction may be helpful for Lyme Disease patients. Caffeine (found in coffee, tea and many soft drinks) may stress the adrenal glands and eventually produce fatigue." ?
Caffeine reduction may be helpful for Lyme Disease patients.
It should say may NOT be helpful for Lyme Disease patients. Caffeine toxicity is real and isnt good for anyone. I voted.

I've been reading some of the article at dogtorj.net.
The article about insomnia stresses the importance of reducing or cutting caffine out completely to correct sleep issues. There are also foods that cause problems with sleeping.
So may of us here have trouble sleeping. It is the connection between caffine and insomnia that is probably more important for us. Of course when we sleep better we are less fatigued and then feel better.
I haven't done this yet, but need to... I have been gradually making the needed lifestyle changes and I guess this one should be next.
